" Member Points and Refer a Friend Program "

Introduction

The <Member Points and Refer-a-Friend Program> is to thank all customers for their continued support of La Rosée and to give back to you.

This program will be officially launched on May 1, 2023. When customers purchase any product , they can enjoy 5 "points" as a reward for every $1 spent.

The accumulated "points" can be used in "points" redemption activities to redeem discounts. For details, please refer to the following "points" redemption promotion content.

"Member Points" Calculation Method

  • "Member Points" will earn 5 points for every HKD 1 spent.
  • Members can receive 1,000 points on their birthday.
  • The "points" earned by the customer will only be calculated on the price after discount. For example, if the customer's order consumption amount is HKD 80 and the price after discount is HKD 50, the "points" earned by the guest will be 50 points.
  • The "shipping fee" will not be included in the calculation. For example, if the customer's order consumption amount is HKD 80 and the additional "shipping fee" is HKD 30, the "points" earned by the customer will be 80 points.

How to Redeem "Member Points" for Rewards

  • Every 100 points of "Membership Points" can be used as HKD 1.

" Refer a friend program " calculation method

  • Members can log in to their account on the official website and send their referral links to friends who have not yet created an account.
  • After a friend who has not created an account creates an account through a referral link, and the recommended friend purchases any product for the first time, both the recommended friend and the member who referred the friend will receive a HKD 20 shopping coupon code.

 

Things to note
  • "Member points" can only be awarded after the member logs in and makes payment. If the customer has not pre-registered as a member at the time of payment, the "points" will not be obtained .
  • The number of "Member Points" can be viewed on the website.
  • "Member Points" cannot be exchanged for cash , cannot be transferred to others , and can only be used by yourself.
  • Once used, "Member Points" will not be reissued or refunded .
  • If it is not a systemic problem or technical failure of the company, "Member Points" will not be reissued under any circumstances.
